Tim Rosener looking forward to new role as Sherwood mayor
Rosener swept to victory without opposition in November, bringing with him four members of the Sherwood City Council, all of whom won in unchallenged races as well. He will succeed Keith Mays, who ran for a four-year term as a city councilor instead of seeking another term as mayor.

Council President Tim Rosener filed to run for mayor and is the lone candidate following the closure of the application process on Aug. 30 for both council and mayor positions. Rosener has served as council president for the last five years.
