New War Memorial to Open Soon!

Sherwood is putting finishing touches on two new monuments recently installed at Veterans Park and Memorial.

Those monuments include the seals of the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force and Coast Guard placed on two separate memorials placed on either side of the current park monument. The monument already in place contains the names of local soldiers who served in World War II.
