Themes in the open comments
Each theme row shows how many of the filtered comments touch that theme (count) and its share of them (percent). Comments are multi-topic, so a single comment is counted under every theme it raises and the percentages sum past 100%. Themes are keyword-coded except "Love, hope & attachment," which counts only comments individually judged sincerely positive (the "I love it, but…" comments are counted under the concerns they raise instead).
